Vocational assessments can be offered to support career planning and re-entry into the workforce. Sarah is trained in mediation for couples and for those in the workplace to negotiate a resolution. Melissa Rodi is a Clinical Psychologist whose primary training and focus has been in the area of autism spectrum disorder, working with children, adolescents, adults and their families. She has always had a great passion and special interest in this area. She is experienced in cognitive-behavioural approaches. She seeks to support clients and families in building their toolbox and confidence to better understand themselves and have a safe space to explore highs and lows. Melissa can provide support in the areas of general behavioural management, social skills training and emotion regulation (anxiety, anger, depression). She is also happy to work with preschools and schools in supporting students on the autism spectrum.
Melissa loves connecting with the community and has presented a number of workshops in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorder and behavioural therapy.

Genna is a clinically trained psychologist who specialises in the treatment of children, adolescents, young adults and their families to address a range of presenting concerns. Genna completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology at Flinders University. Genna holds professional memberships with the Australian Psychological Society (APS), including the APS College of Clinical Psychologists, and with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Genna is recognized by The Autism Association of SA as a provider of diagnostic services for individuals suspected of having an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Genna is intentional about building an empathetic therapeutic relationship and strives to provide support and strategies to assist with life’s difficulties. Her primary interest involves supporting individuals and families with autism spectrum disorder. Genna also has interests in common adult mental health presentations (anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties). Alliyza is committed to using evidence-based practice to empower clients to achieve their goals. In particular, she has special interest in supporting both children and adults with anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She also conducts psychoeducational assessments for individuals of all ages and is recognised by Autism SA as an autism diagnostician.

Emma has experience working with clients across the lifespan in areas including social engagement, behaviour guidance, emotional regulation, parenting strategies, and navigating life transitions. She uses a range of evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Applied Behaviour Analysis.

Jessica is a warm and compassionate clinician who aims to deliver evidence based therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of her clients. She is passionate about connecting with her clients and equipping them with the tools to manage whatever difficulties they are facing. Lizzie previously worked in the homeless sector for 11 years, during this time she has gained skills and knowledge to work proficiently with OCD, anxiety, depression and trauma. She utilizes a number of approaches including behavior activation, CBT, schema therapy, ACT, EMDR, motivational interviewing and narrative therapy.
Lizzie is committed to providing evidenced based interventions in a supportive environment to help her clients reach their goals. Lizzie is interested in working with a broad range of clients including children, families and adults.

Prior to joining Headstart, Megan has held roles as a support worker, case manager and senior support worker working with children and young people under the guardianship of the minister and clients with disabilities. Through these roles she has gained extensive experience working with challenging behaviour and managing crisis.
Megan uses a range of therapeutic techniques and provides therapy for children, adolescents and adults with varying needs. She is committed to building strong therapeutic relationships and helping clients achieve their goals. Megan's interest and experience is working with young people dealing with trauma, emotional and behavioural difficulties, anxiety and depression. She also has experience providing behaviour therapy and social skills training to people with ASD.

Denise has been facilitating adult groups at Headstart for the past 5 years and is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients whilst providing evidence-based interventions to assist her clients to achieve their goals. Denise provides therapy for children, adolescents and adults with a range of needs using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and play based therapies.
